Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery methods

SIA RAGS offers the following delivery options:

1.1. In-store pickup

The customer may collect the ordered goods at any SIA RAGS branch. Information about branches is available in the Contacts section.

When collecting the goods, the customer must present the order number and a valid personal identification document.

1.2. Courier delivery

Ordered goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer using courier services.

The delivery time depends on product availability and the delivery address (1–5 business days).

(Note: courier delivery is currently provided using SIA RAGS transport.)

2. Delivery terms

The delivery fee is displayed at the time of order placement.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If delivery is not possible due to the customer’s fault (incorrect address, customer not reachable, etc.), the goods may be delivered to the nearest branch for repeated collection.

3. Returns

3.1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

3.2. Return procedure

To return goods, the customer must submit a request by emailing the address indicated by SIA RAGS.

Return options:

  • returning the goods to any SIA RAGS branch;

  • sending the goods to the company’s specified address (at the customer’s expense, except in cases where damaged or incorrect goods were delivered).

3.3. Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be:

  • unused;

  • in original packaging;

  • with all labels, accessories, and documentation;

  • accompanied by a valid purchase receipt.

3.4. Refund procedure

The refund is issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received and their condition has been inspected.

Refunds are made to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

4. Damaged or incorrect goods

If the customer has received damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, SIA RAGS provides:

  • replacement of the goods;

  • a refund;

  • repair, if possible.

In such cases, return costs are covered by SIA RAGS.
