Distance Contract
When a consumer places an order in the online store www.rags.lv, a Distance Contract is concluded between the consumer and SIA RAGS, Reg. No. 40003133752, legal address: Durbes iela 8, Riga, LV-1007, email: rags@rags.lv, phone: +371 26542777 (hereinafter – SIA RAGS or the Seller).
1. General provisions
1.1. These Distance Contract terms are binding on all consumers who place orders in the online store www.rags.lv.
1.2. At the moment of placing an order, the consumer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1.3. The consumer is not entitled to place an order if they have not read or do not agree with these terms.
1.4. The main characteristics of the goods and their prices are indicated in the online store and are available before placing the order.
2. Placing orders
2.1. Orders may be placed by both registered and unregistered users.
2.2. The consumer must follow all ordering steps and fill in or verify the requested information at each stage.
2.3. An unregistered user must provide all necessary information.
2.4. A registered and logged-in user must supplement missing information required for the order.
2.5. The contract is concluded at the moment payment is made. The document confirming the order is the delivery note sent to the consumer’s email.
3. Prices and payment procedure
3.1. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR).
3.2. The price including VAT contains the rate set by applicable law. For information purposes, the price excluding VAT is also indicated.
3.3. Delivery costs are not included in the price.
3.4. Prices in the online store may differ from prices in SIA RAGS physical stores.
3.5. Goods are sold at the prices valid at the time of ordering.
3.6. The Seller may change prices without prior notice.
3.7. Payment can be made via online banking, payment cards, or online payment systems, subject to the terms of the respective service providers.
4. Order processing
4.1. Orders are processed on business days between 8:00 and 17:30.
4.2. Consumers will receive informational emails about order status.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Courier delivery using SIA RAGS transport is carried out to the address specified by the consumer within the territory of Latvia. The consumer is responsible for providing correct information.
5.2. Delivery is made on business days within 1–5 business days, depending on availability and address. The term may be extended if goods are temporarily unavailable.
5.3. A delivery fee of EUR 5.60 (VAT included) applies.
5.4. The order must be received personally and is not handed to third parties. The customer must present the order number and ID.
5.5. During delivery, the buyer must verify together with the courier that the goods match the order.
5.6. If delivery is impossible due to the consumer’s fault, the order may be redirected to the nearest branch.
5.7. Goods may also be collected at SIA RAGS branches.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. A consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection law.
6.2. The consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The right does not apply if packaging has been opened for goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in value. The Seller may refuse returns if goods are damaged or show signs of use.
6.3. The withdrawal form available in the online store must be completed.
6.4. Goods must be returned within 14 days by bringing them to a branch or sending them to Džūkstes iela 3, Riga, LV-1004.
6.5. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer.
6.6. SIA RAGS refunds payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the goods.
6.7. Refunds are made using the same payment method.
7. Warranty and claims
7.1. Consumers are entitled to a two-year statutory conformity guarantee.
7.2. Non-conforming goods are delivered by the Seller at its expense for repair or replacement.
7.3. Claims may be submitted to rags@rags.lv.
8. Data processing
8.1. Personal data is processed for contract performance in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1. Disputes are resolved by negotiation via phone or email.
9.2. If unresolved, the consumer may обратиться to the Consumer Rights Protection Authority or court.
10. Order cancellation
10.1. An order may be cancelled within 2 hours by contacting the Seller.
10.2. Cancellation is valid once confirmation is received.
10.3. Cancellation is not possible if execution has begun.
10.4. Refunds are made within 5 business days.
10.5. Refunds use the same payment method.
